Both clever and true. Sent out by @PatrickMeier during Ushahidi and Google's iLab Liberia workshop in preparation for the upcoming electoral season this fall. I've been in at least one of Liberia's working elevators (in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, which is currently acting as President's offices. After spending weeks at a time in rather dilapidated buildings around Monrovia, where even the ministries don't have flushing toilets and are powered by generators, it can be a bit of a surreal experience to take an elevator ride in Monrovia.
